Sublimation on Stubby Coolers

Ideal if:

• You want bright prints
• You’re producing bulk custom orders
• Your cooler has a polyester outer surface (this is essential for sublimation)

Benefits

• Ink bonds into the material for long-lasting results
• No texture change after pressing

Pressing Guide (General):

• Temperature: 190°C
• Time: 50–60 seconds
• Pressure: Medium to firm
• Make sure the cooler is made from or coated with polyester
• Use a foam insert or pressing jig to avoid creasing

HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) on Stubby Coolers

Best for names, logos, and simple layered designs

Ideal if:

• You’re doing small batches or personalised one-offs
• You want to use glitter, metallic, or puff vinyl
• The cooler is neoprene or polyester-based

Benefits:

• Quick setup and easy application
• Great for names, bridal parties, and team gear
• Works well on both light and dark materials

Application Tips:

• Temperature: 150–160°C (check your vinyl’s specs)
• Time: 10–15 seconds
• Use a pressing pad or insert to flatten the pressing area
• Allow to cool slightly before peeling (depending on the vinyl type)
