Sublimation Heating Instructions:

Preparation:

• Secure your sublimation print tightly to the tumbler using heat-resistant tape
• Cover with protective paper or shrink wrap depending on your heating method
• Remove lid before heating

1. Tumbler Heat Press:

• Temperature: 180–200°C (355–390°F)
• Time: 60 seconds per side (rotate halfway)
• Pressure: Medium
• Tip: May vary slightly depending on your press

2. Convection Oven (with shrink wrap):

• Temperature: 180°C (355°F)
• Time: 6–7 minutes
• Place tumbler upright on a silicone mat or rack
• Rotate halfway if oven has hot spots

3. Air Fryer (with shrink wrap):

• Temperature: 180°C (355°F)
• Time: 5–6 minutes
• Check after 4 minutes as some air fryers heat more aggressively
• Ensure shrink wrap is snug for even results

After Care:

• Allow tumbler to cool fully before removing wrap or tape to prevent ghosting
• Hand wash recommended to preserve the design and coating
