Sublimation Heating Instructions:

Preparation:

• Tape your design tightly around the cup using heat-resistant tape
• Cover with shrink wrap (for oven/air fryer) or protective paper (for press)
• Remove both lids before heating

1. Tumbler Heat Press:

• Temperature: 180–200°C (355–390°F)
• Time: 60 seconds per side (rotate halfway if using a single heating element)
• Pressure: Medium
• Tip: Preheat your press and do a test cup if it’s your first go.

2. Convection Oven (with shrink wrap):

• Temperature: 180°C (355°F)
• Time: 6–7 minutes
• Rotate halfway if needed, depending on hot spot behaviour
• Use a silicone mat or stand so the cup doesn’t roll

3. Air Fryer (with shrink wrap):

• Temperature: 180°C (355°F)
• Time: 5–6 minutes
• Check frequently after 4 minutes – some air fryers run hotter
• Make sure the shrink wrap is snug for even pressure

Pro Tip: Always let the cup cool before removing the wrap or tape to avoid ghosting. And remember – results may vary depending on your equipment, so test and tweak as needed.
