At Blanks for Sublimation (and HTV and DTF and UV!), your happiness is our priority—that’s why we’ve got our Happiness Guarantee. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange any item for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. 

How to Return or Exchange

Please include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The reason for your return/exchange

Once approved, we’ll send you either a return label or a gift card equal to the value of your order

$20 Max. Shipping Cost! 🚚

We have a maximum shipping cost of $20 - Aus-Wide.  Even for bulky and heavy items like mugs and tumblers.

📦 How We Ship:
We send your order using Australia Post Standard Parcel Service or Sendle Couriers, depending on where you live (and whether you’re rocking a PO Box or a street address).

• Whilst we can’t control the postie’s speed, we promise to get your order out the door ASAP!

Tips for Optimal Sublimation Results

Pre-press fabrics for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.​

Use Teflon or Baking Paper to prevent ink bleed and protect your heat press.​

Ensure hard items like mugs or tumblers are clean and free from dust or oils. Using an alcohol wipe over the surface prior to pressing design is advised.

These are guidelines and different heat presses and ovens may have different temperature and time; we suggest performing test print to fine-tune settings for new products or materials and your specific tools.​
